Adjusting V (brightness)

Adjusting V is the normal starting point for the colour curves transform. Here’s the result. There are 2 inversions and 2 anchors. Nothing has been changed in the other channels

This is already an interesting image, the dullness from the scan has been corrected and the double inversion has changed the bike, grass and trees quite successfully. The sky, without an H (colour) change, has moved from a dark nothingness to a pleasant, almost unreal blue.
